Aon has appointed Mr Joe Liang as executive chairman of Greater China for Reinsurance. Under Mr Liang's leadership, the team will continue helping clients identify opportunities, address emerging risks and strengthen business performance.
He will also help strengthen the firm’s offerings, enable innovation and drive growth across Greater China.
Mr Liang brings more than 34 years of insurance industry experience. Prior to joining Aon, he held senior leadership positions across underwriting, reinsurance, risk management and actuarial functions in China and the US, including executive roles at Ping An P&C Insurance Company.
He is a fellow of Casualty Actuarial Society and a fellow of Chinese Actuarial Society.
