Arrowhead Intermediaries has appointed Mr Steven Beard as CEO, International, effective February 2026.
In his new role, Mr Beard will use his extensive skillset to oversee Arrowhead’s international remit, including entities such as global specialty MGA Nexus and specialty broker Bridge Specialty International.
He joins from Charles Taylor, where he held the role of Group President. His broking career has included senior roles at Ardonagh Group, Corant Group and RFIB, and he also brings experience from firms in broader sectors such as Xchanging, Agilisys, Globalwave and Redwave.
