FM has appointed Mr Calvin Kuan as client service manager for Southeast Asia.
In his new role, Mr Kuan will provide strategic leadership for FM’s underwriting and client service teams, ensuring the efficient delivery of insurance products and services. He will also be responsible for managing both existing and new business relationships, and driving growth and profitability in alignment with company objectives.
Mr Kuan joined FM in 2013 as a consultant engineer, and most recently held the position of account manager. Prior to joining FM, he gained engineering experience in the electronics and semiconductor industries.
Mr Kuan holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and an MBA from the National University of Singapore. He is also professionally certified with an Associate in Risk Management and Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
